2004 Winner of ECA Outstanding
Award Achievement Award - Project :
 Richard Flanagan & Company
A deserving winner at the ECA Outstanding Achievement Awards 2004 was Richard Flanagan & Company for the project Shark Bay Enclosure for Sea World on the Gold Coast for Warner Village Theme Parks.

Richard Flanagan and Company provided Electrical Design, Engineering, Programming and Construction Project Management at Shark Bay, which is the world's largest manmade marine exhibit lagoon system.

They had to accommodate the sensitive ecosystem requirements, the physical restrictions placed upon plant and support buildings and the need for accurate water temperature control. These requirements created a unique set of circumstances, which meant that they could not mimic any other similar exhibit in the world. This project demonstrates Richard Flanagan's ability to deliver a unique project using skills in design innovation and installation, all of which demanded the highest level of quality, training and service.
